This venerable Italian farmhouse, on the floor of the Napa Valley, received a complete
renovation. In this case, we were in charge of both the house and the surrounding landscape.
As such, we were able to create a seamless interweaving of the indoor and outdoor spaces,
making the most of living in a benign climate in the process. Many found objects were
incorporated into this idiosyncratic garden, including wooden grills from a old hotel in
Colorado and a imposing iron sculpture which became focus of one of the many water features
found throughout the landscape. Designed purposefully on an intimate scale, this landscape
charms at every turn.
